Prototype — simulated data, not embedded yet
For merchants · A walkthrough

What your shoppers actually see.

The full consumer flow — from a public line page to a claimed place to a checkout code — plus the merchant surfaces you use to run it. Nothing agentic, no bots buying anything: the human checks out themselves.

08 · Not built yet — what's still ahead
Honest about the gaps

What's real, and what isn't yet.

The consumer flow above — line page, passkey ceremony, place, /me terminal, code-issued state — is live and working against a real Shopify store. The merchant surfaces you saw in frame 7 are a prototype, and a few pieces of the drop lifecycle aren't in place yet:

  • Not built yet
    Restock detection

Codes are issued manually today. Auto-detecting a Shopify restock and firing codes in line order is next.

  • Not built yet
    orders/create webhook

So a claim can flip from code_sent to purchased when Shopify confirms the order.

  • Not built yet
    Shopify OAuth install

Merchant sign-in is a temporary email/password shim. It moves to the standard Shopify app install on submit.
